Lehkonen was still rfa.Lehkonen who was a rental gets you a 2nd and a prospect. Brown should've been worth the same.

TSN mentioned that Edmonton had to move out contracts to facilitate the move and were unable to do so.Don't get how Edmonton couldn't beat this offer. Oh well.
Doesn't make much sense as Edmonton has cap space.TSN mentioned that Edmonton had to move out contracts to facilitate the move and were unable to do so.
Not sure, that's just what McKenzie stated on TSNDoesn't make much sense as Edmonton has cap space.
Not sure why that's funny.. That's what he's worthLMAO and Sens fans wanted Edmonton’s 1st+.
The only explanation (and it's unlikely) I can think of is that there's a trade for a d-man waiting and Dorion needed to get another 2nd asap. Otherwise, it makes zero sense to trade him this quick with such an underwhelming return. He doesn't get paid until September, Pierre.
The return at the deadline would have been higherRare Dorion L if he doesn’t make another move. Would have rather kept him and trade him at deadline for same return.
He's probably got more swerves lined up.Rare Dorion L if he doesn’t make another move. Would have rather kept him and trade him at deadline for same return.
Maybe the remaining cap space and assets are better spent on defence.Doesn't make much sense as Edmonton has cap space.

Yeah that is fair, we have some RFAs to sign, but there isn't really a UFA D that will make a difference for us. I'd like us to pivot to make a trade for a D.Maybe the remaining cap space and assets are better spent on defence.
