Kinda neither, it's koo-likh. Like how you pronounce Liechtenstein. Then again, not entirely sure how correctly do you pronounce it but here we are.

It's neither of the two. KOO-lik is a little bit closer to reality than KOO-lich. It's the Czech speciality with the letter "ch", it's actually a letter. I can't explain it properly. This video should be helpful if you're really interested. haha
