Used to be depressing to click into these GDTs to see GG refusing to put together competent lineups. Now it's more exciting, because you know his continued incompetence means he's closer and closer to getting fired.

Anybody else ever wonder if his irrational preference for garbage veterans has anything to do with him being insecure about being a younger coach?
And replaced by who?

The bottom 6 will never score a goal ever again.

Brouwer hits a post on a good shot, then the 3rd line gets three good cracks at a goal (a shot each) and nothing.

In reality though, Gulutzan continues to make stupid f***ing coaching decisions. No matter if the Flames score or after the Flames get scored on, EVERY SINGLE TIME the next line out to take the next shift is the 4th line. WHAT THE f*** ARE YOU DOING. We score, lets suck out all the momentum by putting the 4th line out. We get scored, why try and change the momentem, let's keep it where it is, with the other team by putting the 4th line on. I don't care if we are winning, or that we are outplaying the other team, why can't we have one game where our coach doesn't do something stupid.

Just got caught up on the ol' PVR. Wow, the Flames are playing so much more confidently tonight. Like a completely different team.

Now the linesmen are in on f***ing Calgary.

The NHL knows no bounds when it comes to screwing the Flames.

What was Backlund doing there?

Ball said he was passing it to Tkachuk but he wasn't close. Just a weak pass to nobody to put Brodie needlessly under pressure.

One of the biggest differences I'm noticing tonight is the Flames are doing a great job of anticipating what the Caps are doing, and they have good sticks breaking it up. We're spending less time defending as a result.
