An emotional support animal (ESA) is an animal that provides relief to individuals with "psychiatric disability through companionship." Emotional support animals may be any type of pet (not just, e.g., dogs), and are not recognized as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.[1]

While service animals are trained to perform specific tasks such as helping a blind person navigate,[2] an emotional support animal doesn't require any formal training to assist with the mitigation of mental health symptoms.[1] Any animal that provides support, comfort, or aid, to an individual through companionship, unconditional positive regard, and affection may be regarded as an emotional support animal.[3]

It's a f***ing pet 🙄

There is no requirement under US federal law that emotional support animals must wear a tag, harness, or clothing of any type indicating they are emotional support animals.[9]

"Emotional support animals need not perform any tasks other than what a pet of the same species would perform, and may display unwanted behaviors, such as defecating or urinating in inappropriate places, growling and barking at people, or biting them.[11]"

Get the stop on 3rd and 4, despite the offense committing a false start.

Yeah, let's accept the penalty and replay the down.

Of course they convert on a 3rd and 9, lirl

Will you please stop defending this? :help:And as it says above ESA's have indeed "done its business" in public areas of ships & have bitten crew members. First of all, the publix article clearly stated this fact. had you bothered to read it:

"However, the grocery store chain does allow service animals, which it defines as "a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks to assist an individual with a disability."

But service animals cannot be placed in carts or baskets."

And I'm tired of hearing about "Ben". Look, he's an adorable dog. And I also feel bad that Kirk had to deal with his son being seriously ill. But if he was that distraught over it, he should have taken a leave from his duties and stayed with the family. I'm sure someone like Danny O could have filled in nicely on Gameday & in the booth. These Instagram's he shares of Ben and having him on set during McAfee's kicking contest just tell me he is taking advantage of the system just like all the old ladies who pretend their poodles are ESA's do.
