The second point is valid one. Considering how much more conservative the eastern and central coasts are, I find that first point hard to believe though.

How the sharks play in one of those city/states that could not hold one of those events. I obviously don't know every states/citys pandemic rules regarding sporting events, but those those points do go hand in hand.
