I read somewhere Dwayne Roloson has said that the source has been unsecure for a while and that they were hacked many times/players leaked login info leading up to the league cancellation, and thats why there were so many leaks.. so I really hope they fixed it up so that someone doesn't interefere with the vote

Well, of course it wasn't for ratification. You can't force people stright into a vote on a CBA unless they agree to it. They must hold a session to ask questions. The vote will likely be held many ways, calling in, email and likely the website.

I'm in an overly optimistic mood. I bet they sign on the dotted line today!

you're late, they already signed off! :)

(according to newsday anyway-- they said the PA Execs approved it)

team rep calls each player to get vote. 30 team rep roll call. Team rep says 20-5 yes or 13-12 no. Votes are added up, ratification passes or fails. That's my guess.

Unfortunately, labor law requires a secret ballot to vote on a CBA.

They'll do it over their website.

Conference call today just to brief the player reps.

My greatest fear at this point, if they do online voting/ratification, would be Bryan McCabe hacking the website to up the "No" vote.

Bryan McCabe does not have the intelligence to "hack" off a slice of cheese, much less hack a website......
