We've drafted a ton of big dmen over the years - many of them mean. Not a single one turned out.

Drafting for need is tempting but dumb.

For sure. Solving needs is not for the draft. Now if a couple months from now, Dubas still doeasn't get grittier guys, then as much as I love Dubas, I will heavily criticize him. I'm confident he will though.

Dubas got more value in his trade down then other teams did. He also paid a lesser price to trade up. Thats how you maneuver around the draft effectively. Loved the trade down.

He traded down and got two guys who easily could've gone at the top of the 2nd. Love it.
