what percentage of NHL games are won by scoring 2 goals?

If I had to guess, I'd say "not a whole lot".

Which is why I felt it was worth pointing out, to those who were shitting on Ilya after the Leafs chalked up yet another L.

1 was an empty net

Still counts though.

They only got 3 past Ilya, 4 total.

Toronto definitely should've managed more than two, but hey, credit where it's due, great job by Detroit to show up.

Not exactly Samsonov's fault that the team in front of him only scored two against a team that didn't get to the arena until, what, 7pm last night?

Can't pin that on the goalie.
That can still be the case and Samsonov can still have had a bad game. He did not look good.

You haven’t watched Husso or Campbell much this season from the sound of it.
This might be the most useless post I’ve ever seen. What are you saying?

I highly suggest you check stats before posting.

Samsonov is the worst goalie in the nhl.

Samsonov .863
Husso .893
Campbell .873
