Not following. Raleigh, NC is not a landlocked area. Very nice beaches are 2 - 3 hours away and very nice mountains are 2 - 3 hours away. Factor in the low cost of loving . I rest my case.

Ah, the low cost of loving is key. EDM... they charge a TON, and often are missing teeth and limbs.

That might work out for Philly, but holy hell will that blue line ever lack experience. MacDonald, Manning as an expiring depth guy, and then kids. Provorobot plays like a veteran at least.

I think the Vatanen for Henrique + Blandsi trade is the most recent trade to set the market for an established top 4 defenseman. With Vatanen consistently averaging 21 minutes over the last few seasons and solid offensive production, I would put him right in that 3/4 category.

So a 40-50 point center and a young bottom 6 / 4th line forward is likely the value, unless you find a team out of it at the deadline that wants to trade for futures.
