The Oilers aren’t running around taking cheap shots at the Leafs best players, the Flames were and have a history of doing that against us. That’s why Tippett sat those guys in a game that was out of reach.

I remember the first game against Toronto someone was upset because Keefe wanted them to shut down 2 players.
Maybe Keefe was correct in focusing their defensive efforts against them because our depth after them is exposing

Top players being overly cute and trying to pass the puck into the net.

It's funny Smith let's in half a dozen goals and it's just not his fault. It's the forwards fault for not scoring 7.

He does this all the time. Only problem is fans like you will concoct the narrative how this is a WHL defense and he stands no chance against the 5 or 6 he let's through.

Both goalies suck and it grinds your gears for some reason that the 40 year old backup isn't a 30 year old starter.

Jets are making the playoffs whether the Oilers do or not.

How many competitive teams develop defensemen by having them ride the coattails of elite offensive drivers? You're essentially holding you team back for the sake of developing a single complimentary player.
