Overall, an outstanding season defensively. Maurice skeptics (including me, before the season) owe him some kudos for the job he's done in getting this team of young offensively talented players to lock down scoring areas, while continuing to score at a high rate.

They've been first in The Hockey Guy's (youtube channel) power rankings for the last two weeks.
Good someone else making sense at least, because several other rankings still have them around 4-5. One recent one I saw had the Knights ahead of us! Whatever, Vegas has been mediocre for awhile now

He strikes a real nice balance between recent results and season long play in his power rankings. I think some of the best out there, and that's not because he has the Jets high. (IMO he had the Jets too high in his first rankings of the season
)He has his flaws, but for a hockey youtuber, he's cream of the crop right now.(Unless you're a leafs fan, then its Steve Dangle. He's really good, but too much of a Leafs homer.)
