Only if it has a fish attached to it. The tuna spat it out and the seagull flew away, presumably telling it's seagull buddies about to wage war on us at the beach that the humans have taught fish to be on their side. The upcoming battle will no doubt be epic, and many will die, but all for the greater good of keeping those ******* seagulls away.
