It's a drafting game we play in the summer to give us our hockey fix while we wait for the season to start. Every poster picks a team to GM and a random draft order is determined. Each GM gets a couple hours to make a pick then onto the next one until all 22 rounds are done and every team is filled. We use proper salaries too so the teams all have to be cap compliant.

I think what Hutton and Art of Sedinery posted are very questionable decisions. ( Not counting my own division).
