I wonder if someone could calculate who the most On Time GM was.. I. E. Who delayed the draft the least with the least amount of On the Clock time.

Awarded to the GM drafted the best with the draft positions available considering talent, depth, and steals.



Connor McDavid Award
Recipient: Lucbourdon (Arizona)
Awarded to the GM who built the best team for the future consider potential, talent, and depth



Gary Bettman Award
Recipient: NeoCanuck (Philadelphia)
Awarded to the best commissioner in the LWMD, considering effort, title updates, PM's and memeness



Shia Lebeouf Award
Recipient: Hutton (New Jersey)
Awarded to the GM with the dankest memes.



Croskin Award
Recipient: Icebreakers (Calgary)
Awarded to the GM who built the team with the best centre depth considering quality, depth and talent.



Nikita Tryamkin Award
Recipient: Goon42 (Detroit)
Awarded to the GM who built the biggest goon squad considering size, strength, penalty minutes, and goonliness.
