I don;t see Crouse falling past the flyers, potentially at #7 but think that he could get nabbed by Toronto (if McEichel and Strome are already gone). They could be picking between Hanifin, Marner and Crouse. IN this case, Marner may be too much like Nylander size wise and they could see Crouse as possibly stepping in near term as has has NHL size already.
I also think that Carolina could go with Crouse if the first four are McEichel, Strome, and Hanifin. I think they's pass on Marner as they already have some non-physical guys in Skinner and Lindholm. They really could use a big power winger type.
Otherwise, I think Crouse is too much of a reach for the top 3. Buff will take one of McEichel. Arizona the other unless someone else wins the lottery. If they fall back to #3, Arizona may go Strome but also could take Marner for the Domi/Dvorak trio. Edmonton should go Hanifin but may be intrigued by Strome. I doubt they go Crouse at #3 or #4.
If the top 5 go McEichel, Hanifin, Strome, and Marner, then I'm going Barzal at #6. He's just a better fit for our organization than another LW with size. Barzal has speed and offensive creativity - something that we lack in both our current centers and in our prospect pool.
