Jokinen starts of on the 2nd line. Gets either relegated to third or experiences a short injury, taking him out of the 2nd line and putting Scheifele or O`Dell in place. Second line excels like we haven't seen since Kane-Burmi-Welly/Antro but then Jokinen gets placed back in and the line goes back to being stuck in their own zone unless the puck lands on Kane's stick.

Dustin Byfuglien not only doesn't get traded but he improves on the defensive side of the ice and becomes a center piece to an improved 12-13 defense in Winnipeg.
Devin Setoguchi finds chemistry with Kane and reaches the 60 point plateau.
Jacob Trouba does not crack the Jets roster this year. Mark Scheifele has an inconsistent rookie year but he finishes off the season on a hot streak.

O dell impresses at camp....... is steady all year for the Jets contributing timely offence......wins NHL player of the week honors in mid December when he has a monster 9 pt 3 game homestand....... 
That would be a big surprise to see him score A goal. I didn't know he was capable of scoring by any measure other than sixes.
