Tarasenko hasn’t been a 35 goal guy for over 4 seasons. He could be a 30+ guy, but 35 goals seems like he is being sold as something closer to his apex then his current status.

Making offers such as this is better kept in your own brain. Tarasenko is not a cap dump by any measure, he can always be placed on LTIR if hurt. Your offer though, it's worth negative value.
