From what I understand, he's been bounced around the lineup a lot, so time on non-scoring lines isn't uncommon for him. Hard to pile up assists when your in the bottom 6. He does, however, lead the team in goals.

He has only one more year left on his contract before he becomes a RFA, and Ottawa will have to make a decision on him before that. So if he's not called up this season, he needs to show his stuff at training camp, as I suspect there will be open roster spots for the taking.
