At least he didn't join Tim Murray in Buffalo.
Gotta pay to play.
Talent won't work for free. On or off the ice.
What?
He worked for the Sens for 11 years, he got an offer from another team that was beneficial for him.
Do you expect people to stay with the Sens forever?
Good luck Bob, you'll be missed.
Already bare bone front office ... all the more smaller now. That's just perfect news.

You made the initial consultation, laid, I would suggest the onus is on you to back it up when challenged, not the other way around.
To me this will affect the sens most in the expansion draft. Although he is a junior scout im sure he still has had his ear to the ground around the org and knows the team well and who they should take, and why certain players were exposed.
It's finally my time to shine as the new assistant regional manager of amateur scouting.
Why don't you explain how it's barebones?
Last I checked we still have Mann in the QMJHL, Fargher out west, Burda in Europe, Don Boyd in the OHL (former Asst GM and director of amateur scouting), Ruutuu in Europe, Lee as our Asst. GM, Murray in the OHL and QMJHL, and a bevy of other talented amateur scouts.
You made the initial claimconsultation, laid(seriously wtf autocomplete), I would suggest the onus is on you to back it up when challenged, not the other way around.
Besides, he'll likely be replaced, so your fear that a small staff get smaller is probably unfounded. We do lose valuable experience though.
