Great end to the period! One thing that concerns me is how easily we let the Kings enter the zone on the powerplay. We basically back off and let them walk in and from there they are setting up plays. Converesely when we are on the PP the Kings always stand us up on the blue line and force us to either retreat, dump it in, or make a move.

...but anyone else watch the two of them very closely in this series and still think McDonagh is every bit as good as Doughty?

Dude simplified his game. No crazy cycling, no skating all over the place without a position. Pure north-south work from him this playoffs. It's been great to watch and I hope it continues. I wonder if it's due to him or to AV. I assume coaching.

I've noticed that too.

Hagelin finally realized he's not that talented and his best plays come from north-south plays, hardwork, and forechecking.
