Lmaoo. Definitely think u missed some of those guys on that 5on3 haha. No chemistry it looked like.

Hopefully the refs let them play instead of calling 15 penalties.

Too many pebbles in one pocket. It will swing back the other way in the 2nd. Not playing too bad considering.

The 2nd line plus the first line centre are out as the big guys missing. Mintyukov hasn’t settled in yet either. He’s still finding his way. Looks like it will be a couple weeks to get everyone back and running as a unit.

We’ll look better when we hit the ice in Sarnia on the 5th I think.

Once he settles in you'll love him. Hopefully Cameron let's him play how he does & isn't to strict on him. He's a special player.

I think it is more about the other players knowing where he is going and shifting the way they play when he’s on The ice. He tends to take the puck low a lot. They aren’t used to that. They usually move the puck around with passing more so than ragging it. So, when he moves it down low and around the net, the rest of the team needs to shift with him. He’s not finding the open guys when he does it because they are then out of position with where he’s taken the puck. You can see they are a little confused.

whats going on with Voit? He’s looked completely uninterested for a while now.
Switch up the lines. Put 22 with him. They have NOTHING going this weekend.

Ahh gotta love the early whistle when Burke has a brilliant chance on the wrap around

Well outshot them 11-4 in that period but still aren't getting good enough looks. Be nice to get gifted a 5on3 ourselves, but don't see that happening.

Yeah these lines need a shakeup. Everything is from the outside right now
Yup. Sarnia making it so easy for the Ottawa goalie. There have been so many loose pucks for the taking out front of the net but ALL our guys are playing the perimeter. Puck to the point, bodies in front and bang away. Stop making it so difficult for ourselves jeeeez.

Who the f*ck told Voit he's a shooter!? All day today he's been looking guys off (something he never does) to take god awful shots. Holy shit.

it's just not gonna go in today (that's what she said).

This team was in slowwwww motion all day. With and without the puck they were not interested in skating hard or competing hard.

Nah, this team ain’t it. Zero finishing ability, zero drive. Coaching staff refuse to make in game adjustments. That’s enough sting hockey for this guy for the week. Brutal.

Well, that's a bizarre one. They played fine, especially 5on5 & OTT missing guys is still a great team, but if we wanna be great ourselves you gotta win that.

Refs were an absolute joke. Killed any & all momentum, pace & flow. Limited ice time for the guys in the T6 because of it. least the PK was excellent. PP was abysmal.

Naturally, we get Gaudreau's best start arguably of the season & we get shutout lol. At least he played really well in 2of3 (vs 2 elite teams) on the weekend. He looked A LOT better. Let's hope this is the start of a turn around for Ben. Need line 1, especially Voit to wake up going forward. The loss today is on them. Line 2 is so close to breaking out that I'm not worried about them.

Thought L3 played well @ PBO&KGN but brought nothing today. I'm honestly loving Kyrou. He's consistently been one of our best guys. Del Mastro was a rock defensively. Hopefully, short term for Hoover.

Should've been a big weekend, instead they piss away Friday's game & couldn't get much going or a bounce today which is why Friday is even more aggravating. Big week of practice for them before two winnable home games.

Can’t blame Ben for this outcome. Line combinations were horrible, need a couple defenceman who actually want to play defence. Kyrou & Ritchie always out of position & have to race back. Put Hoover in coach we need someone who’s going to stop players at the blueline . But again most of all get the line combos back to where they should be

Coaching staff is the biggest joke that I see consistently all year. They never make adjustments during the game or in between the periods, then after the game the coach will tell us why they lost and then they come out the next game and the same problems occurs. Letang says all the right things but never does anything to fix the problem.

Hoover is hurt I believe. Not sure what the issue is with Letang and company who refuse to make adjustments when things are CLEARLY not working out.

How quickly things can change lmao. Thursday we were on cloud-9. Safe to say they got high on themselves & it bit them in the ass. They wanted it Thursday & they got it. They didn't want it the last 2 games & we see the results. Props to OTTs goalie who played great, but not enough in tight looks. Pastujov has become a passer & Voit a shooter?? Somebody smack them upside the head & tell them to go back to what makes them so good lol.

Nope he was great. Very happy with how he looked. Sucks he gets the 2nd GA. I disagree on that 2nd part. Kyrou IMO was arguably their best skater today. He actually tried to push the pace & generate high quality looks. Unfortunately hoover is hurt or else he would be in.

Honestly defensively, especially 5on5 they played really well. Maybe allowed 15 shots. Only 10 total shots against in the 2nd&3rd combined. Blame goes to their O today.

Hahaha that’s what’s so frustrating about this team. They give you one game of hope then go shit the bed the next two.

This franchise is literally the definition of “one step forward, two steps back” it’s f***ing exhausting.

Yep haha. I'm not gonna get to low. Obviously, they no-showed Friday which was annoying. Today was just odd. Refs took the flow out of it entirely. Like I said defensively you gotta be happy with what they showed. Same goes for Gaudreau in net. Offensively just to hit or miss. Didn't show desperation until it was to late. In saying that im confident they'll get going offensively. Still gotta get some chemistry on certain lines, units.

You see the passing & creativity on some shifts. Just not consistently. Hopefully, was just a one off weekend for Voit. Easily his worst weekend of the season. For whatever reason he had zero jump, speed or juice to his game.

Six winnable games in a row now. Time to get rolling before that 9 game stretch from hell lol.

Was not impressed with anyone on the team today outside of Gaudreau. Got completely outworked by Ottawa. Pastujov seemed to be the only one willing to fight along the boards for the Sting while the entire 67's team was willing. Need to switch some lines. Only scored twice at 5v5 all weekend. Best Gaudreau game in awhile. Rebound control was great today. Need to win both games at home next weekend

The Sting were terrible at 5v5 this weekend. Outscored 9-2. Special teams really saved these games from being blowouts. 4/9 on the PP and 10/10 on the PK on the weekend. This weekend gave me zero confidence in this team
