They’re not in with the registry yet or the Oilers would have tweeted them. That is most likely what they mean since Nugent-Bowman said they were done. Holland isn’t going to have a presser to just say “neither of my trades are official yet” (for one, he’s too lazy to have multiple pressers in one day).
