National games on Saturdays will probably be all Hughson, Randorf, Romanuk, and Cole. However the regional guys might get national time on some of the other days.

They will have more than 4 games being broadcast nationally on Saturdays. That is when they will get some national games.

I would say bad play by play and poor colour commentary is doing something wrong when it is their job after all.

I wonder who could be up for the job. Could we see the return of Loubo? Millions back in the booth? Ryan Pinder the former pbp man with the Heat? Someone from CBC like Rick Ball?

I would love to see Pinder get the chance, Rick Ball would be my #2 choice.

I like your idea of Rick Ball. The guy is an undervalued pbp. He did a great job on his limited role in Hockey Night in Canada. Mark Lee of CBC is also an interesting name out there because of his future with the CBC. I would like to see a guy like Perry Berezan get a shot doing the color. He has a great personality, he is fun, exciting and has lived in the city for years.
