I think they have 12 picks in next year's draft, correct?

I watched some game footage of Sweat, seems like the opposite of Barnett. Good measurables but he seemed to always be the last guy off the ball and wasn't always around the ball like Barnett. When he gets a good jump though he's fast as hell. Could be a good combo to have one more athletic guy and one more football instinct guy.
i think someone may have said some teams were looking at him as a linebacker

He runs a 5.1+ 40. He'd pretty much be an OL anyway with that kind of speed. He looks like he's gotten a lot bigger since he's been training for football and he's only 21 so he's only going to get bigger.
Boy is huge but no bend or flex at all yet. But with good coaching he could turn out to something in a few years.

Agent says Patriots considered trading up to No. 2 for Baker Mayfield

Baker Mayfield went to the Browns with the first overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft. But Mayfield’s agent says that if the Browns had chosen someone else, a massive trade that would have shaken up the entire NFL could have happened: The Patriots trading all the way up to No. 2 and taking Mayfield as Tom Brady‘s heir apparent.

Jack Mills, the agent for Mayfield, said on Andrew Brandt’s podcast that there was a real chance that the Patriots could have traded with the Giants for the second overall pick, and that the Patriots would have selected Mayfield.

“We had another team which is going to surprise you. Another team had said, ‘You may get a big surprise on draft day, at No. 2, if he’s available.’ And it was the Patriots,” Mills said. “They had 23 and they had 31 and they had two seconds. We thought, ‘That’s gonna be a heck of a move, to get up that high from where they are.’ And of course he wasn’t available so we never knew if that was reality or not.”

Lol, yeah...ok.

The D-Line where Jernigan plays isn't beefed up. Haloti Ngata isn't that good at his age anymore. Bennett does play on the inside but only on pass rush downs.

will have to hope whoever they use till tim is ready will hold the fort.

Also I'm hoping the pass rush is faster. With a faster pass rush it will take the pressure off Tim's spot, I just hope the run defense can stand tall.

In other Washington Redskins news, news is coming out that in 2013, some cheerleaders were told to serve as escorts and go topless on costa rica trip

When does the bubble burst on QB contracts? They don't even negotiate. Next man up just gets more than the previous guy.
