Lol how dumb to you have to be to do this. Unless the car was stolen or borrowed.
I mean, he was probably drunk or whatever. You either risk a bogus hit and run charge, on a concrete barrier, or a DUI. Im not advocating drunk driving, but you're not going to stay with your car if you're drunk
