Yes, his development was probably a bit stunted by how AV has handled him. But I think the back injury last year was a bigger problem, and if this causes him to be out long-term...woof.

Apparently Buch got stronger in the offseason, but he needs to get much, much faster and stronger still. His conditioning kind of seems sub-par.

Was injured multiple times last year, and now looking like he will be out a prolong amount of time. I wouldn't exactly call that a healthy start to his NHL career.
