bonktastic, FC would be defined in the NHL constitution/bylaws, not the CBA, if anywhere. I'm not well-versed in that.

Yeah, I thought the same.

Didn't stop me from looking at the CBA, though. Still surprised the players/owners don't have more communication on that matter, as far as the CBA is concerned.
