I would be bery surprised if Cupper was traded...

Shawinigan has a true hockey fans so the average attendance to the games is around 2400 persons which is not bad giving the circumstances.

So..your point is that the Shawinigan fans will come no matter how bad the team is? You really believe that? Mondou may have to start selling raffle tickets on free cars to get people in there soon.

Shawinigan

Shawinigan endured a few very bad seasons in the late 1970s. Very knowledgeable, loyal and patient fan base.

A Memorial Cup for a very small CHL market came with a price. The rebuilding curve may take a bit longer because a small market team does not register the same financial reserve or sponsorship, advertising revenues going forward.

There will be a few bumps in the road but within a couple of seasons the team will be competing again.

Sure we could have more fans at the rink right now if we had a better team but I'm pretty sure there will always be reasonable attendances due to the good fan base.

Interesting. Frederick Gaudreau is an early 1993(20 year old)
from Bromont.

soft, RHS center. Martin Bernard coached Magog AAA.

Overpayment, basically approx 10 seasons for 2/3 except the 1st is delayed. Possibly a flip back by the time the draft is held.

That's a great trade for Shawi. NOW go sign Trey Lewis out of the Maritime League to replace him as a 20 year old for the rest of the season. CUT by the Mooseheads because he's supposed to be injured, he's the league third star of the week for Miramichi and had 7 assists in 4 games. He'd be a great inspiration to a young Shawi team for the rest of the season, and cutting him in Halifax was IMO unbelievable.

Usually in similar circumstances if the player - Trey Lewis is healthy to play in the Q he would go back to Halifax.

Shawinigan will further ahead if they play the youngsters, building for the future.

How many times do I need to explain this situation to you?

Do you even know what you're talking about?

And there's no chance he plays for Shawinigan... Literally, he said he's not playing for a Q team if it's not Halifax...

Yes I do. I'm a big Trey Lewis fan. He would be an inspiration and have a great time in Shawi. Plus they now have an opening for a 20 year old.

Obviously adding Legace yesterday fills up that slot. BUT, the bigger question is why add Legace unless you're planning to move one of your other goalies. Does this signal something happening with Cupper? Like a return to Germany or move to a contender? I really don't think he does much for this team (Legace), unless there's a hole about to develop from another move?
