Ryan showed a glimpse of what he could be in the training camp of 2011 (first year with Nate) ... big, fast and showed a lot of skill in the pre-season, but his second ankle injury in as many seasons set him back till December I believe ... Never looked quite like he did after that, as he topped out as generally a 3rd liner moving into the 2nd line this past year .... He was still a two-time 20 goal scorer, wish him the best of luck...
Don't know about Lussier, but Hardie for sure generated a lot of interest.. plays physical, leader (probably our captain) , played about 25-30 minutes most nights, especially in the playoffs when he'd be out there for half the game or more. A lot of teams would want a shot at him, but seeing as how we're weak on D they kept more on the back-end then up front, where we have roughly 10 spots already filled.
