Dany Heatley needs to retire. He only has 15 points in 39 games in the AHL

Man, Reinhart has been going nuts since the Baertschi trade... I don't know the exact numbers, but I know he's been over a p/g for over a month now.

Weird..

Last numbers I saw had both Reinhart and Agostino at 15 points in 14 games since Sven was traded

Reinhart and Agostino continue to impress. It's a damn shame they couldn't keep a few of the veterans there. With a healthy Ortio, this team could have gone far in the playoffs.

Is there any hole in Hathaway's game that would prevent him from playing bottom 6 RW with Calgary next season?

Seems like he had a fantastic rookie camp, looked to me every bit as good as Jooris in main camp and now over .5 ppg (mostly goals) in his first full AHL season.

5 pro fights in under 80 games for toughness only gives up about 10 lbs now to Bollig who's spot may be the one he's gunning for.

I don't know, but he has played well this year. He has earned an NHL contract IMO.

Of course and Klimchuk, but I was thinking more in terms of 100+ penalty minute scrappy types.
Especially if we still have Wolf and Tousignant too. But I have a feeling that Hunter Smith will go back to the OHL as a 20 year old. Sieloff has also been playing forward for the past several games (a dozen or so)

But that potential lineup though (the only assumptions made are re-signings, Gillies going pro and Hathaway getting an NHL contract)

Morgan Klimchuk - Bill Arnold - Emile Poirier
Ken Agostino - Max Reinhart - Garnet Hathaway
David Wolf - Turner Elson - Hunter Smith
Bryce Van Brabant/Patrick Sieloff - Mathieu Tousignant - Austin Carroll

Tyler Wotherspoon - Kenney Morrison
Ryan Culkin - Sena Acolatse
Brett Kulak/Patrick Sieloff - John Ramage

Yeah I like the wolf. Hes such a likable character and yet for the other team not so much. Interested in how Morrison has slotted right in fine.

the ADK Flames have signed University of Calgary Dinos goaltender Jacob De Serres (and former Flyers draft pick) to a PTO.

edit: they also signed forward Taylor Stefishen to a PTO who is also a former Dino and has spent most of this year in Elmira of the ECHL

I wouldn't be surprised if the Flames re-signed McGrattan to a two-way deal. Great mentor to have for Abbottsford Adirondack Stockton.

at this point I would be, I see Grats signing someone where he has a shot to play in the NHL.

...does he really have a shot at that at all? I can't anyone offering him a spot in the NHL.
I think some teams still like to have that heavyweight. if he re-signs it will be after he has exhausted all other options IMO.

Maybe the winner of Mc/Eichel will want a strong influence on opposing players.
Buffalo or Arizona signing him makes sense IMO. He's a good guy to have around your kids, look at the positive influence he has had on Monahan.
