Otto Stenberg is the first name that has only 12 rankings, as do Lucas Dragicevich, Charlie Stramel, Michael Hrabel, Jayden Perron, Nick Lardis, Trey Augustine, Theo Lindstein, Tanner Molendyk, Lenni Haameenaho, and Kalen Lind. David Edstrom, Anton Wahlberg, Danny Nelson, Maxim Strbak, Mathieu Cataford, and Oscar Fisker Molgaard have only 11 rankings. From 56 Felix Nilsson down many of the players are ranked in 10 - 6 of the lists.

I assume ppl had "their guy" and dvorsky fell through the cracks. people in the smartypants community sometimes like to look gifthorses in the mouth. I understand not taking Dvorsky top 10, but slipping beyond 16 is pretty crazy to me.

It does seem to suggest they'd rather draft players who can play sooner. There's already been plenty of reporting that MTL seems averse to drafting Michkov

Used to be my stick of choice in HS for the illegal curve it had that they never checked..lol. Otherwise I used a Canadien stick which was lighter. Freaken Sherwood was more like a Redwood....

I’ve settled on Michkov if he’s there. For a rebuilding team I’m ok waiting and hoping it works out. I’ve come around to liking Leonard though. I’m curious where the “safe pick” has come from. I’ve read quite a few scouting reports on him and I don’t get the safe pick vibe at all.

He really needs to work on his passing vision. That’s definitely a big negative for him. Even the elite prospect breakdown which gloated over him made sure to really point it out.
