I'm kind of happy with a number of guys who will be there at 9. Trading up to 7 doesn't really do much for me.

To NYR: Vancouver's 2018 first round pick (7OA)
To VAN: NYR's 2018 first round pick (9OA), and NYR's (NJ) 2018 second round pick (48th OA)
That's my mistake as a typo. It is a 2nd.
That's a pipedream.#1. Dahlin-BUF #2. Svechnikov-CAR #3. Kotkaniemi-MTL #4. Dobson-OTT #5. Tkachuk-ARI #6. Hughes-DET #7. Bouchard-VAN #8. Wahlstrom-CHI #9. Zadina-NYR why do they need to trade up
That's a pipedream.
Really? I think you're the only person I have seen say that. Considering that no one knows who will go where in from picks 3-9, its nearly impossible to say you think the draft drops off after the 7th pick...I think the draft dips down after seventh pick. So, no.
I think that is totally feasible.
I've seen plenty of scouts say the tiers drop around 12 ish.Really? I think you're the only person I have seen say that. Considering that no one knows who will go where in from picks 3-9, its nearly impossible to say you think the draft drops off after the 7th pick...
We need the D, that's why I'd say if he's on the board we see if Rangers are interested in a trade like this, gets us another pick and still a good DmanCompletely agree, I’d be pretty choked if Van passed on him even considering the huge hole on d
