Outplayed, certainly outchanced (high danger scoring chances) by more than 2:1 by the Golden Knights. That's playing 5v5 and also in all situations. But we had Brossoit save the day and win the game for us.

I think it is time for our skaters to be better and not leave it solely on Helle to earn the win tonight. Come on Boys!

Free Press says he might play but even if he does (according to the Free Press) Schilling is the extra Blue liner so the Jets are going with 7 D men then, Morrissey, Trouba, Myers, Kuli, Chariot, Morrow and Niku with Schilling in the PB.

Those leaky goals against Hellebuyck that everyone hates (a la the third against the Ducks) seem to be a lot more equipment-related than that barely tipped floater from the blueline that Brossoit let in in his otherwise excellent last game.

This is an important game, but we have to bear in mind that we are missing Ehlers and Buff. Remember how off Nashville was when dealing with injuries? Most likely when we face them next time we'll be even stronger as Ehlers has been one of our best players this season with entries and exits and there is no replacing impact of Buff.

Just like we had Vegas circled on our calendar, the Preds had this one circled on theirs. This is a revenge game for them with 1st place in the Central on the line. They're going to come out mad and firing.
