It's official, this thread has been active for 10 years now wow, I think that has to be a record for HFBoards, well most likely it won't around for much longer, it's getting more difficult to find any nostalgia NHL On FOX stuff on YouTube, Twitter, and Google But, it was fun remembering the TV presentation that made me an NHL fan as a kid

Recently watched a bunch of clips on YouTube from the 1996 NHL All-Star game in Boston. So much nostalgia for me, remembering a lot from that game watching it as a 9 year old kid. The amount of Hall-of-Famers, all-time greats and talent on those two teams....my lord. Bure was supposed to be there but was replaced due to injury. The NHL has some great players today, no doubt but I don't think anything will ever rival those two lineups in an NHL game all-star game ever again.

I'd also like to complain about the Penguins' radio play by play guy - his call of the Grabner goal last week during the Pens loss is possibly the worst goal call of al time.
