Seriously. What is going on here. It's been 5 days since anyone has picked. We need to change something, or start actually kicking people for not picking. This is getting ridiculous.

If I kick people now this whole draft falls apart. It's always this section of the draft as well, between MurrayBannerman and ShowJaxx. I don't know if it's PM's or what, but I don't know a time rule I could implement that would speed this up when it's a group of 4 consecutive people slowing it down.

I'm going to try the 2-for-1 picks now to see if it helps.

We probably could have been automatically skipping people who missed their previous pick instead of waiting an extra 6 or 8 hours for them to pick. Not sure how big of a difference that would have made though if not many people were making their picks to begin with.

sunsoutgunsout (AKA me), Bad News Bears, Trap Jesus, Pajicz (with the list he sent me), MurrayBannerman, showjaxx are locks to make their picks within a reasonable time. That's 6 of the 12, with 3 of those 6 being me making the picks. If we're skipping everyone else we'd be flying through this, sure, but are the rest of the people (which is half the draft) going to keep picking if they're down 8, 9, 10 picks when it's apparently so difficult for them to make picks in the first place?

I think it's best if those people just say they're tied up and can't pick until a certain day. I remember Aela PM'd me something like that before and it worked out fine. A list would be an obvious help, but I've only see Pajicz utilize that so far.

I'm going to put MurrayBannerman OTC right now so we can at least get something going though. Remember it's 2-for-1 picks now.
