I mean, he's been pretty impressive, almost Hart worthy season. It should be something to consider at SOME point. It's getting tougher to ignore.

Also, I'm more of an Adam Fox guy myself. I think he get's shafted a wee bit too much.

Seeing as this would be the first time Hughes has bene nominated for the Norris, and the 4th season in a. row Makar has been nominated... nope.

Yep, pretty much just sort by points and those are who are viewed as the top 5 defenseman. Terrific insight into the minds of the voters.

At least two more seasons at this level then there might be a discussion.

I think he’s saying that missing 10 games shouldn’t take him out of the top 5 over worse defensemen who are scoring more points mainly because of those missed games

I don’t mind that argument, but I also think there’s an argument that Dobson has less to work with compared to Fox.
