Nice! I think these overall's are pretty accurate(I ran my B's G.M with almost the same overall's). We made it to the playoff's with this lineup...lol. Just curious, did you alter the potentials as well? I edited Pasta to a sniper & gave him 4 1/2 yellow stars and gave Connolly 3 1/2 yellow stars.

thanks! I edited Pasta higher too I think that was it. Not optimistic on Connolly though. I lowered Subban as well

Took out Gaustad, Hutton, and Nystrom because I dont believe they will be back. I think Forsberg shouldl be higher, but I know they wont put him any higher than a 87. Ekholm and Ellis deserve that big boost, so underrated.

Rinne, Riberio, and Fisher take a drop in ratings.

Definitely, I miss the days when 4th liners were high 60's to mid 70's

Yeah they really need separation in the overalls.

90+ are superstars.
86-90 are 1st liners.
81-85 are 2nd liners
75-80 are 3rd liners.
70-74 are 4th liners.

Or something of that sort.

96 = Lemieux
94 = Crosby
92 = Ovechkin
87 - 91= elite
81-86 = top6/top4
72-80 = bottom6/top6

With an emphasis on certain skills, in regard to player type.

Like Playmaker and passing + off. awareness = higher rating or something. Too many guys in the 83 - 85 range for fowards, no one feels much different. Fifa does a great job with disparity in ratings. Guys who are a 77 in FIFA can be effective, depending on where their strengths are and how you use them, but guys like Ronaldo and Messi are really the only players in the 90s
