This game is insane.

Certainly a different world from the two teams batting a COMBINED .398 in Yankees games.

This is like the greatest World Series game I've seen in forever. At least since Game 6 between Texas and St. Louis.

Man Jansen was ultra gassed there at the end.

Had to ride or die with him though. Too bad they didn't send the runner on the turner Fly ball in the 8th, they would have wrapped this in 9.

Both of these teams may have tough seasons next year due to the pitching staffs being destroyed from this playoff run and series. If Darvish leaves LA and Jansen has a Chapman or Miller after effect they may not even make the playoffs

If David Robertson went 45/45 in the regular season, yet blew a 2-0 lead in game 7 of the WS, what would you remember most about him? You need your best players ( Kershaw) to keep a 4-0 lead. What a choking dog. They're done as of Tuesday night.

Cubs, Astros, Nats, Rockies all will be seeking bullpen help this winter. Might be something Cash can take advantage of.

Surprised Dave Roberts hasn't gotten much heat for the way hes managed in the world series.

Took out Kershaw and Hill too early in games 1 and 2 and it had its effects in game 5. Bringing in Morrow was bad too.

Taking him out after 7 innings was too soon? That's about as far as you want your starter to go when you have a legit setup man and closer. Also thinking about coming out of the pen in game 4 if he really needed it.

As for Rich Hill, the top of the lineup was coming up with 5 consecutive RHHs and Maeda had been automatic vs Righties up to that point. I thought it was a good move.

Both guys were cruising. Kershaw's pitch count was at like 80 and he was basically untouchable up to that point. No reason for him to not at least start the 8th.

All of those innings thrown by the pen have caught up to them.

Have you seen Kershaws era in the postseason after 7 innings/3 times through the order?

Dodgers bullpen is fine, Astros literally can't even give the ball to their bullpen, especially their (historically) best reliever and closer, Giles.

It doesn't matter what his numbers looked like before. He had his A+ stuff, when that happens you throw the numbers out and roll with him for as long as you can. Felt the same way with Hill who really had the curveball going.

Houston's pen is a cluster f*** and can easily blow this series, but Roberts hasn't done a good job handling his. All of their key guys have thrown a bunch.

diagree. kershaw has been killed in the later innings of playoff games and the knock was always leaving him in too long because of the lack of pitching around him. he went 7 innings...

you can't really gameplan or expect an ace like Darvish to get knocked out after an inning. that screwed things up royally

All because Taylor got confused with "no" and "go".

How hard is it to call out "yes" or "no"?

Chris Taylor was traded for a guy who went on to get DFAd. I mean Taylor didn't do shit with the M's but man he looks like such a stud. Plus hitter, plus power, plus defense and speed. All star caliber player

Heyman reports that Seattle may be interested in Ellsbury this winter.

What shitty contracts do they have?

Cano has at least been decent after year 1. He sort of pulled the Carlos Beltran first year with Mets thing his first year in Seattle
