I'm extremely happy that there's zero chance of us getting Carlyle now. Players seem to be happy with him, and seem to have bought in. He brought an identity to the team towards the end of this season and seems to be implementing a system that favours our players style of play rather than contrast it. I'm happy

I think when talking about Coaches, True North want's to have long-term plans when they sign one. It makes sense to me.

3-5 years seems standard lately. Torts was 5 but the Nucks have a buyout provision in the contract.
