6-3 Marlies now while being outshot 31-19. Another strong game for Woll.

Liljegren could be the best powerplay quarterback in the Leafs system. He is a big shooting threat from the point. Huge second period for him with two PP points, and second star of the game. He’s picking up where he left off before Sandin joined the team 3 games into the season.

Only question is if he cracks the AHL all-star team this year.

I will be watching the game today and see how the team did and Lilly.
To think we had someone say Middelton is a better prospect.

Also Sandin is going to look great with the Leafs under Keefe's system too. Losing Muzz would be a step down in physicality but Sandin's puck skills and possession game will be a big improvement.

I cannot wait till Sandin and Liljegren are on the Leafs.

I wouldn't be shocked to see them both make the main club next year, with Holl, Rielly, and Dermott rounding out the defence core.

Sandin is a minute eater that rarely makes mistakes.
Liljegren is electric with the puck. He just needs to gain consistency.

Heck some people still think Durzi is better. 6 points in 21 games for Ontario in a limited 5 on 5 role, and a year older than Lily.
That had to be the dumbest narrative ever lol one random report that said the Kings liked Durzi over Liljegren and all of a sudden you have a bunch of posters then forming that exact same opinion for themselves....based on a 20 year old performing well in junior hockey.

I would understand if they preferred a 1st + Grundstrom + Durzi over just Liljegren.

Nic Petan is too good for the AHL.

Frank Corrado sighting.

Judging goalies is an art. By most accounts, Joe ‘the great’ Woll has been good, almost at .900 sv%, winning most of his games.

But. With just ONE more save in 6 of his 12 starts....he’d be at ~.918 and REALLY good.

Just 12 more saves over 12 starts? He’d be at .930+ and be GREAT.

Game of inches.
