Line Combos: MacArthur Kadri Orr. - Your comments please.

Orr can ride shot gun on the 1st line if deemed necessary. He's a 4th liner no doubt, getting a few 3rd line minutes for a job well done. Nothing too out of the ordinary. If toughness allows players to feel more comfortable; for whatever the reason. Would only seem necessary to not shake the chemistry and let them run with it. Kadri and MacArthur do seem more at ease and patient with Orr on their line. Frattin will no doubt take over that spot when ready.

I don't buy it that Nazem playing "bigger" is soley because of Orr, Naz always plays big. Orr does bring a physcial aspect but that physical aspect isn't going to score. Nazem Kadri is this teams BEST playmaker - AINEC. We need to have a sniper with Kadri, or at least someone a little better.

Grabovski - Kadri - Macarthur
Komarov - Mcclement - Kulemin - shutdown line.

Kadri has always had a mean streak ala Doug Gilmour, but there is no doubt Orr brings out the feisty comfort in a young and inexperienced Kadri. I'd consider trying Kulemin and MacArthur with Kadri or Lupul and Frattin

kadri will be with frattin 100% but the other wing is open to mac/komarov or even lupul

Kadri actually looked like he was waiting for Orr to come in and start power bombing everyone. Then he must've realized shortly afterwards that Orr was nowhere to be found and had to fight his own battle.

haha ya surprised Orr didn't get a third man in lol I loved how Mac had Hedman's left arm as kadri threw punches

I agree but i'm sick of Orr with Kadri, at least bring up Hamilton or someone from the marlies. 1 grinder is fine, maybe 2 but when you 4 in the lineup it catches up. We simply didn't have enough skill in Tampa.

I don't know about you guys but I'm kinda getting sick of Kulemin getting prime minutes and having nothing to show for it. I'd much prefer Komarov on the 3rd line. I think Kuli could use a change of scenery.
