The only knock on him is he's like our 7th left handed dman. Otherwise I think he's been a great fill in player. Hustles and mixes it up infront of the net. I like him.

Yeah exactly. We have pretty good D depth right now even with Timmins and Gio sidelined. Unless we are getting a Hanifin or Larsson level player I don't see the point in making things even more crowded.

Definitely in regulation, gaining only a single point more probably cements 3rd place.

Capitals haven't played since March 3rd and are in Pittsburgh today. Lagesson likely will be on waivers too so they will need a defenseman if McCabe isn't healthy.
