Mayfield's contract means that any move involving him won't be minor. Solid 3/4 on a bubble NHL-level contract ($1.2M this season and next!). That contract makes him pure gold. IF he's to be moved -- and that's a big if -- it would most likely be in a package to get an upgrade in a position of need -- i.e. a scoring winger with an established NHL pedigree.like I said, I’m hoping that if this is true it’s just a minor move. Roslo for Mayfield for example. Neither base would want to give up either of Ehlers or Pulock
