I kind of hope everybody just leaves Troubs alone and he lays a quiet stinker.
I have a feeling the first half of your request is fulfilled. (It's not like we have a guy like Berube behind the bench. Hope I'm wrong) Are we a physical team?

With this crop of defenders, the Jets might want to consider running 4F-1D at 5v5...

Empty backfield. Everybody goes long.

Streveler is a big boy. Can he skate?
Sorry he can't be on the point for the PP though because he can't pass for s***.

well, you know...has to show he is willing to dish out a hit...grind it out...blah blah
what he needs to do is score and play harder and at least create scoring chances to be in the top 9. and judging by his play last year and this preason he should get used to the 4th line and or press box till a lot of things change in his game.

A lot of folks saying we won't make the playoffs 'cause of our D.
I think we lost a lot of pure talent, but I also think the defense will be trying to give it their best all year. I’ll miss Buff in the playoffs that’s it.
P.S We will make the playoffs!

Hellebuyck going to have to stand on his head to win with that D core, jesus.

Not expecting much, will watch the game to see how Heinola does and because I'm a masochist apparently

Edit: Trouba is absolutely going to score and or have an assist

And these are the only reasons you are going to watch the game. Seems pretty fair weather to me.

I would not be surprised if this team has the worst finish in the standings in Jets 2.0 history... including the waiver wire laden Noel era teams.

I was going to ask the question...
Who scores a goal on the Jets first this season.

Trouba
Myers
Tanev
Chiarot

What are you talking about?
How is this forward core not going to score enough to keep pace with the Jokinen Jets?
Helle + Brossoit = better then Pavelec

Remember our first playoff year had a lot of Harrison, Pardy etc... on D.

I'm not sure what we'll be but I doubt were the worst Jets of 2.0.
