Figure I get something going here until the GDT is posted .........


Jets - 47-30-5 = 99 points, 272 GF, 244 GA (2nd in the Central Division)

Rangers - 32-36-14 = 78 points, 227 GF, 272 GA (7th in the Metropolitan Division)


A lot has happened since the boys last played a game for real

I couldn't possibly be more excited than I am for this game.....!!!!!

There are so many things that I'm hopeful for in this game because of unfortunate incidents (i.e. Buff/Little), that may allow us to see guys in positions that may have never happened.

I'm anxious to see how so many things look.... how we play as a team, how Ehlers' hours of video watching went, Laine's offseason training and motivation, Heinola against real competition, Copp as 2C, Pionk..... the list goes on.

It's been a very 'interesting' offseason and preseason, and change always makes me optimistic. Yes, I'm probably crazy, but I don't care!
