So Wallmark has given up the SHL scoring lead to a blast from our past: Jacob Micflickier. But he's still top 10, the only player under 20 in the top 10 at that.

Got to see him in a preseason game this fall and he was playing well and flying out there. The SKA team is really stacked though so that surely helps his stats.

I would personally take the hemlock tea on draft.

But I'd expect the team to draft BPA which is almost certainly Hanifin there.

I don't know enough about all the prospects, but I'd want/expect them to take BPA. They have so many holes on offense and defense, that it wouldn't matter which position the guys plays. If the consensus BPA is Hanifin, then that's who I'd want them to take.

In a few years, they'd potentially be set for a very long time with Faulk, Fleury and Hanifin manning the blue line. If they re-sign Sekera also, that could (if they reach potential) be as formidable top 4 as just about any team could ice. Add to it a couple of Ryan Murphy, Brett Pesce, Jacob Slavin, Trevor Carrick, Keegan Lowe, etc... and it would be something we've never seen in Carolina. A real blue-line.
