The most awkward thing I did today was going to the doctor with a self-diagnozed prostatitis and learning that I don't have it.

Learning you don’t have a prostate would probably be more awkward.

I protested the protestors in DC once. It was in high school right before the Gulf War in 1990. A bunch of us drove all the way down from NY, and then promptly ran a red light and crushed into the side of a propane truck across the street from the White House. And were then swarmed by Secret Service who understandably thought it may have been an attack.

When we got out of the hospital several hours later we still managed to limp over to the gigantic anti-war protest (holy crap that was a lot of hippies) and got to yell some abusive things at them, so there's that.

can confirm. Both my shoulder issues that I've had and my elbow issue took a good bit of time to recover. Somehow working out has been the best preventative for either coming back so far.

Yikes. Patience can be tough to come by sometimes.. I just had back surgery and it’s going to take time to know how effective it was in some ways. I get it. Waiting for your body to heal is frustrating.

The downhill variety isn't much better. Have avoided the replacement surgery on my knee so far but probably need major surgery if I'm going to ski again.

Well , truthfully my injuries came mostly from barefoot competition , waterskiing was a little safer.
