aftermarket antivirus is kinda pointless now cause Windows Defender is legitimately good now. I use Defender and do a weekly scan with Malwarebytes and havent had a virus in years (and I do some..... "downloading")

As long as you're not an idiot you really should be fine. The only thing I'd say is mandatory is run an adblocker on your browser, but out side that you don't need to do anything.
