I went for a new PR in my back squat yesterday. My previous best was 145kg(319lbs). I was aiming for that 150kg(330lbs) milestone and I got it! I eventually want to get 160kgs(352lbs).

I'm going to try getting 125kg(275lbs) for my front squat sometime soon. My current best is 120kg(264lbs).

I'm using a new belt hole now, so I've got that going for me which is kind of nice.
I have already gone down two belt holes and am now on the last hole on my belt. Gonna have to make some new ones soon I hope.

Congrats. I'm down to 174. But I'm about 5'7. Was at 184 last christmas

Proof I am more man than Savoie and TBJ combined :sarcasm:

After I get down to 385, My next goal will be 350, then I will be less of a man than both of you combined. Also congrats to both of you.

That probably will not happen until just before surgery at the earliest. So maybe 6 months. I do appreciate that thought though :)

After vacationing for the last 5 days, and gaining 10lbs, I just did 40 min of cardio and burnt 900 cals. I'm also sure I'll lose 5-7 lbs by Friday lol.

Nice work II! Start slow and build back up. Your gains will come back quickly.

And on another note, tomorrow I'm getting Botox injections in my head and neck for my migraines. It's done differently for wrinkles so unfortunately I won't look like a young Gamo again. But I'm super excited to see if this will help me. I'm also really gonna commit to going for regular massages.

You know it's "New Year Resolution Time" when all the noobs are at the gym.

I literally had to ask someone at the squat rack to work in while they were doing shoulder presses in the squat rack with a 30 lb barbell.

Very difficult to smile and nod when you're having internal rage issues.

Nuts, or trail mix. Very high caloric density.

You could try drinking your calories. It's easy to get 100-150 cals simply by mixing a scoop of protein into your water.

And I feel you, Ace. The gym has been really busy lately, and it doesn't seem to matter what time of day I go. Right after work, busy. 9 PM, busy. I haven't found the willpower to go at 5 AM yet this year but I imagine that's the only time I could have any kind of alone time at the gym. :shakehead

Right now I'm doing a Focus T-25 Hybrid program. It's kicking my ass back and forth. Especially since I took like ten days off between Christmas and New Year. I'm also doing a pretty serious cut right now so hopefully it pays off.

If all else fails, just grab a spoon and eat out of the peanut butter jar.

So how is everyone's Healthy living journey been going?

I've slowed down massively on losing weight but that's because of gaining muscle mass but still losing ~1 lb/week so im still happy. down to 165 from the 240 I was April 2016.
