I'm a novice player here, been playing for 3 months. Been wearing a mouth guard but it's difficult to breathe.
Weird question but how do you breathe with it?
Do I breathe just with my mouth? Breath just with my nose?
so it wasn't something i imagined, it it true, a lot of young players are not using them. i really think that is dumb as hell.
look at a young player like drew doughty, looks like crap with no front teeth, anyone know if he ever has worn a mouth guard, or did his teeth get knocked out even though he was wearing one ?
Most hockey players are mouth breathers so there really isn't an issue.Personal Question:
